Suicides & Traumatic Injuries: Involves the remediation of a scene back to habitable pre-incident condition that had been impacted by a suicide or traumatic injury involving the shedding of bodily fluids.
Decomposition or Unattended Deaths: Remediation of scenes that involve people who have not been discovered before rigor mortis has set in. In most cases the bodies are not discovered for 5 or more days after death has occurred.

Unattended Pets or Pet Hoarding: Involves the remediation of scenes where pets have been left unattended for extended periods of time causing the accumulation of urine and feces in a residence. Pet hoarding causes problems stemming from the collecting of too many animals to be properly cared for which results in a residence that isn't suitable for the pet owner or animals to live in.
